Business Development Manager is required to join our award winning Digital Agency and become an integral part of the Australian team. You will be responsible for winning new business from potential clients and contributing to the success and growth of the business. Your role is to support the new business team and use a consultative selling approach to increase the value of new business year on year and ensuring that this new business is profitable.

Main responsibilities include:

Leading new business opportunities from initial enquiry through to closure of a new business opportunity and the handover into production
Ensuring great partner relationships with nominated partners through individual partner contact and joint marketing activities
Supporting the new business team and our divisions in raising the value of new business year on year and ensuring that this new business is profitable.
Liaising with divisional staff to ensure good communication regarding new business
Calculating and negotiating prices with clients, partners and other external suppliers and following the approval procedure for submission We are looking for someone with a strong background in new business within web technologies.

You should have experience selling enterprise level solutions within a digital marketing environment. CMS experience (such as Sitecore, Tridion, CQ, Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla etc) would be beneficial. Digital Producer / Account Manager - Sydney

We are looking for an experienced digital producer/account manager to join our growing team in Sydney and be responsible for the management of key strategic accounts and successful delivery of innovative digital projects. We are looking for someone who is up for helping us grow the Sydney office through winning new clients and providing fantastic service to our existing accounts.

You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and manage strong relationships with our clients with a preference for building strategy lead accounts. You should also be persuasive and confident in new business pitching and have the ability to talk to clients about the right strategy for their needs and deliver exceptional work to tight deadlines.

As a Producer / Account Manager you will provide strategic advice and act as the key contact to a diverse set of set of clients, from government, to blue chip companies. You'll be fully involved with business development and client relationship building. You'll also head up multi-functional teams, providing project lead for designers and web developers, as well as strategic input on all projects in which you are involved. This role requires someone who is just as confident in talking to a client about what they should be focusing on, as they are in leading a team through a successful delivery.

You will capture technical requirements from clients and work with a mixed project team of developers, designers and producer staff to ensure that those requirements are adequately documented and ultimately fulfilled.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being fully involved in projects from beginning to end and advising on user interface best practices to meet the client’s requirements.

Liaising with the designers and technical developers in the project team to ensure the objectives of the projects are met.
